In this blog post I ask myself:

What does your Modern Professional Learner and Designer’s Toolkit look like?

From time to time, I find that it is worthwhile to update and turn it into resources to use and iterate while experimenting and doing projects.

I was on last mid February at the We Are Peers Academy on codesigning peer learning programs within organizations with other professional facilitators.

With my small team of three at this academy, we were also asking what resources can look like. To me, resources can vary from:

  • Actionable insights and contents
  • Communities – online and offline
  • Interesting networks / people
  • Tools – digital and analog

Of course, they are complementary regarding the context and what needs to be done.

Below, here are the latest tools and resources I use.
